Named after one of the additional tracks on the Headswim single "Tourniquet", their first album was released on 21 July 2003 by the Altered States record company and produced by Paul Stacey

Since 2006, the band have been adding demos of songs to their MySpace page. A collection of these demos was released as their second album, Last Scene Rushes on 25 September 2010, only available as an online download.
