Bishop Brossart High School was established in 1950 as St. Mary's High School. It was renamed Bishop Brossart in 1962.

Athletics

Brossart has won 8 boys Class A state cross country titles and 3 Class A state track titles. The boys bowling team were district champions in the year of 2007 - 2008. The school's mascot is the mustang.
