. The Mixtape was released online March 11, 2011. Over 20,000 viewers joined Miller for a live video stream just prior to releasing the tape. The mixtape consists of 16 songs produced by nine producers (predominantly ID Labs).

Best Day Ever represents the follow up to Mac Miller's highly acclaimed previous mixtape K.I.D.S. (Kickin' Incredibly Dope Shit)


Four of the songs in the mixtape have their respective videos, the songs being: "Donald Trump", "Get Up", "Wear My Hat" and "Best Day Ever". These videos have achieved popularity on the website YouTube
