Background

Bennett Middle School is currently headed by Principal Liza Hastings, who is aided by Vice Principals Ike Humphrey and Kathy Still, and Dean of Students Tikitia Glover.

Construction

A plan currently exists for a new Bennett Middle School to be built in Fruitland Maryland at a cost of $49 million. However, the Wicomico County Council voted on March 1, 2011 to postpone funding.
