Beni released his first single My Love Sees You in 2008. The track was featured on Kitsuné Maison Compilation 6. In early 2009 his track Fringe Element (Short Like Me Edit) was featured on Kitsuné Maison Compilation 7. Later 2009 he released Maximus EP featuring the tracks, Maximus, Maximus (White) and Fringe Element. The mix Maximus (Harvard Bass Remix), of his song Maximus, was featured on the Kitsuné Maison Compilation 8.
