The track is 6:09 long and is a slow tempo track over a repeating piano line, with a synthesizer coming in at the end of each verse. It begins with a short skit of Tyler meeting his fictitious therapist Dr. TC, and being reluctant to talk to him at first.

The songs lyrics describe his childhood, the fact that he has never met his father and never will, having sex with random girls he doesnt recall meeting, calling himself "bad milk" and finally stating that all he ever wants is his fathers email so that he can tell him how much he hates him "in detail".

Music Video

A short, 30 second music video was released for the song, only using the introductory verse.

The music video simply shows Tyler rapping while playing the song on an electronic keyboard.
