In voting conducted by the Assembly of Albania, the Union Dedja received 70 votes in favor, one vote against and one abstention. He was voted by the Assembly with Altina Xhoxhajn at a time that the lawmaker refused Kostës Vangjel candidacy for member of the Constitutional Court.
