. It was created on 18 June 1922 for the businessman Sir Samuel Waring, 1st Baronet. He had already been created a Baronet, of Foots Cray Place in the County of Kent, in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 31 May 1919. The titles became extinct on his death on 9 January 1940.
