. The bakery did well in Dickinson and the Moos family started several other businesses including a diner, a pizza house and café, and a donut shop named "The Donut Hole".

In 1978, the Moos family sold several of their businesses and used the money from the sale to build a 3000 square feet (278.7 m²) facility to manufacture frozen dough products. The facility was completed in July 1979. Demand for the company's products grew quickly and they expanded into new markets. Today, the Baker Boy facility in Dickinson is an 86000 square feet (7,989.7 m²) complex capable of producing over 30,000 cases of product each week. Marvin Moos son, Guy Moos, is now the president of the company.
