Archita has won laurels in acting, modelling and social works. With her acting, she has walked away with The best New Comer and Best Actress Awards. She is the new, yet established face in Oriya Films.
She is currently studying B.Tech in KIIT University.

She is presently the State level Ambassador of UNICEF and Govt. of Orissa for "eradication of child labour".
She is also the ambassador of JUNIOR RED CROSS.

On 11 September 2010, she came to Bangalore on the occasion of Ganesh Puja on behalf of Orissa Puja Committee.
