. First edition released on 14 April 2003: jewel case with turquoise tray inside a tin metal box hand made in India and limited to 500 copies. Second edition released on 1 August 2003: jewel case with black tray, limited to 1000 copies. All material recorded live on 6 July 1993 at the Manchester Turkish Baths and edited at The Cutting Room, Manchester.
