A product of NK Zagreb
academy, Palić was sent on loan to third level side NK Lučko
immediately after turning professional in July 2007. After spending the 2007–08 season with Lučko, Palić returned to NK Zagreb but was then released in the summer transfer period, without appearing in a single league match for them. He then went on to join NK Croatia Sesvete
in July 2008 and appeared for them 31 times in the next season and a half, before signing for NK Inter Zaprešić
in January 2010.
Internationally, Palić represented Croatia at under-19 and under-20 levels and is currently a regular member of the Croatia under-19
team.
