Anne Morgan (born 16 November 1954) is an Australian writer of children’s books and poetry.

Her first children’s picture book, The Glow Worm Cave, was published by Aboriginal Studies Press in 1999. Since then she has published five more stories for children, including the Captain Clawbeak

She currently lives in Tasmania.

Anne Morgan has also been highly commended in the Gwen Harwood Poetry Prize, 2006, and the Wildcare Tasmania international Nature Writing Award, 2009.
