Anisul Hoque was born in Rangpur

 in 1965 (1966, according to academic certificate). His father is late Mofazzal Hoque and mother is Mst. Anwara Begum. He was the student of Rangpur PTI primary school, Rangpur Zilla School, Rangpur Carmichael College.
Hoque graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology
