Legal troubles

In October 1993, Hunt was arrested for marijuana possession in connection with a traffic stop and later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges. In 2002 he again ran into legal trouble, facing charges of attempted embezzlement

Currently

After his retirement from basketball, Hunt worked at the Burger Palace located inside the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He is currently involved in Detroit's real estate market and is working toward finishing his degree.
