inspection carried out in November 1999 found that "climate of care and mutual respect permeates the life of the school. The teachers place a sensitive and effective emphasis on the development and maintenance of positive values and relationships at all levels. The children are courteous and co-operate willingly with their teachers and with one another; their behaviour is excellent and they enjoy their learning". It reports further that "the teachers have created an interesting environment which promotes the children's learning and celebrates their achievements .... parents are kept well informed of events at the school, for example, through frequent newsheets" .
