Amanullah made two first-class appearances for the team, during the 1958-59 season. From the opening order, he scored 36 runs on his debut match for the team, against Quetta.

In his second and final match, he was absent hurt in the only innings which Khairpur batted, as the game was curtailed to just two days' play.
