All Star K! was a videoke game show

), the show was reformatted into a celebrity game show with Jaya and comedian Allan K.

The Songs may be in Tagalog or in English.
The Floor will then choose one player who will sing first. Each correct lyrics is worth 10 thousand pesos. Each incorrect lyrics decreases the pot by 10 thousand pesos. The value continues in each round (Ex. Round 1 ended in 50 thousand pesos, Round 2 will start at 50 thousand pesos. The 50 thousand might increase or decrease).
If someone makes a mistake, the judge will eliminate one contestant. In round 5 (Final round),
2 or more contestants could be eliminated. If no one makes a mistake, no one will be eliminated.
There are a total of 11 blanks in one song. The 1st blank gives the player the showcase. The 2nd to 5th blank adds 50,000 to the player's money.
The 6th blank gives the player another showcase. The 7th to 10th blank adds additional 50,000 to the player's money.
The prizes add up to 400,000 and 2 showcases.
The player, if ever makes a mistake, gets the money of the last level he sang correctly (Ex. the player sang up to the 3rd level. He takes home 100,000 and the showcase).
For the 11th blank the player must then decide if he should surrender the money for the million peso line. If the player sing the line correctly (mostly the whole bridge or coda of the song), he wins the million pesos.

Elimination round
There are seven contestants which sing a total of seven blanks in a song in each round. The song is chosen by the Giant Jukebox with the following categories:- PatoK! na PatoK! (Hit to Hit; Pop Songs)
- K! Puso (K! Heart; Songs popularized by GMA talents)
- K! Hit Ano (K! Hit What; Any song that pops out the screen without any clue)
- NaK!raan (Previously; Old songs from the past)
- SoundtraK! (Soundtrack; Theme songs for T.V. and movies)

One-on-one round
Two remaining contestants will battle it out. The hosts will give clues for the 3 mystery songs. The first player who buzzes will have the option to sing the 3 songs with a total of 3 blanks to proceed to the jackpot round or to pass it to the opponent hoping he will make a mistake. Should the opponent sing the 3 song correctly he shall be the one to go to the jackpot round.Jackpot round
