Alicia debuted for Australia at just 15 years old in August 1997 during the Matildas European Tour. Initially she played as a Striker and scored twice against American Samoa in 2008 during the Oceana World Cup Qualifiers. Since then she has gone on to become one of Australia's most solid midfielder's and has been very successful playing for both Queensland Sting and now Brisbane Roar throughout their domination of the Women's NSL and also the new W-League
