Alejandro Romay is an Argentine businessman working with theater and TV. He worked for many years at Channel 9
, and became known as the "Czar of television".

Romay returned to Buenos Aires in 1983, when Raúl Alfonsín took power, and acquired back Channel 9. He created Telearte S.A. to manage its contents, and the channel became one of the leading ones in Argentina. He acquired the radios AM 950 and FM 100.7 from Argentina, and Channel 41 from Miami. He also owns a theater n Buenos Aires and another one in Madrid.
He has sold his actions of Channel 9 during the 1990 decade, and he's retired. He's currently writing an autobiography.

Biography
Romay started his career in 1940 as radio host at LV 7 Radio Tucumán, at the Tucumán province. He acquired LV 12 Radio Aconquija in 1945, and two years later he moved to Buenos Aires. He kept working as radio host, but started working as well as productor of radio, TV and theater. He became the highest stockholder of Channel 9Canal 9 (Argentina)
