Ahmed Hassan Mekky is an Egyptian footballer. He currently plays for the Egyptian club Haras El Hodood, and was recently selected for the Egypt national squad for the first time. He is a versatile striker who has scored 21 goals in 80 matches for Haras Al Hoodood since joining them on 1 July 2007.

Mekki stated recently that he hoped to be allowed to sign for German side VFB Stuttgart, but his club refused to release him.
