Adlikon has an area of 6.6 km² (2.5 sq mi). Of this area, 66% is used for agricultural purposes, while 23% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 8.6% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (2.4%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).
