Performance

In 2010 57% of pupils achieved 5 or more A* to C GCSEs including English and Maths; 56% of boys and 58% of girls.
95.4% of pupils in 2010 achieved at least one GCSE at A* to G.

The June 2010 Ofsted report found Acle to be a "good school".

Extracurricular

Acle is an extended services school. The school arranges specialist talks that are open to the public, and works closely with village groups such as the Acle Community Archive Group, Acle Archaeology Project and Acle Youth Club. The school works in partnership with its feeder schools, partner high schools, local businesses and other learning providers. Family learning is promoted by running weekend events such as the Science Day.
