Acaxochitlán is a city and one of the 84 municipalities of Hidalgo
, in central-eastern Mexico
. The municipal seat lies at Acaxochitlán. The municipality covers an area of 226.1 km².
This municipality stay to 1 hour and 30 minutes from Mexico City, to come, take the freeway Mexico Tuxpan.
