Health and Education Minister

Malik Baloch has served twice in the provincial government as provincial minister for health and education. During his tenure he has established a network of schools and colleges in Balochistan and especially in Makran division. Today the literacy rate of Makran division is very high that's credit goes to him. In 2008, he established Makran University in Turbat.He has also served as provincial health minister in 1988-1990. Professionally Abdul Malik Baloch is a medical doctor and eye specialist, he has got the degree of MBBS from Bolan Medical College Quetta. Being a middle-class educated politician and realizing the significance of education, he has utilized his all efforts for the betterment of education and health services in Balochistan.

Struggle for Provincial Autonomy

Struggle for Democracy

He has rendered hard struggle for the rights of Balochistan and Baloch. He has raised his voice against discrimination and military operations in Balochistan. He has alway fought against tribalism and sardari system and called it as the major obstacle in the progress of the society. Due to his outstanding struggle, today there is no tribalism in Makran division of Balochistan. The National Party is a liberal, secular and nationalist party and it believes on democratic struggle. He is a secular and liberal politician and a staunch and ardent supporter of liberal democracy and democratic values.
