. He was considered at the time to be one of the most talented youngsters in the junior leagues. Fiora played mainly as a wingman and showed pace and excellent skills. Fiora's form was inconsistent as he failed to live up to the expectations placed upon him before being drafted. After five uninspiring years at Tigerland Fiora was traded.

St Kilda career

, with the Saints giving him a second chance. He was still a fringe player but played several solid games in 2005. His 2006 season was much quieter, however, and he struggled with form despite playing 17 matches.

. Under Lyon's tutelage Fiora enjoyed an excellent and consistent season, having improved his offensive running ability. He became a regular goalkicker for St Kilda in 2007 and averaged 15 disposals, 5 marks and 2 tackles over the course of the season and finally looks to have cemented his place as a solid AFL footballer. At the end of 2008 he was delisted from St Kilda.
