A.M.Muhammed, born in Madathikaranma, Oachira, Kerala. He is well noted writer in Malayalam, he has published more than one dozen books as Novels, Short stories, Essays and Dramas. ‘Sahara’ is his well known novel written in the theme of Arab’s life and culture published by India’s leading publishers D.C.Books. It is noted as the first Indo Arab novel. It’s English translation will come out very shortly. Muhammed is living in United Arab Emirates since 1980’s. He is also a well known socio cultural activist in Gulf region.
