. The compound was formed as part of the ruling SCG USSR № 459ss on 11/08/1941 [1]. The redeployment of the division of the Soviet-German front was launched in November 1941. передислоцирована из Колышлея в район станция Ласково, Солодча. In accordance with Directive Stavka № 4299 from 02.11.1941 it was relocated from Novosibirsk to Glotovku ; directive Stavka on 11/24/1941 relocated from Kolyshleya station area affectionately Solodcha. participated in the Tula offensive (6-17 December 1941). It was subordinated to the 10th ARmy from 6 December 1941 to 24 December 1941. It was then transferred to the 1st Guards Cavalry Corps of the Western Front - 24/12/1941 to 21/03/1942. Then the division participated in Belevsky Kozelsky-operation (20.12.1941-05.01.1942) and in the west suburbs, Vyazemsk offensive of the Western Front (10.01- 28/02/1942).

The division was dissolved on March 26 1942, and paid to the staffing of the 2nd Guards Cavalry Division.
