). The album was released to promote some of Duff's most popular singles as well as to make available songs that weren't found on standard edition albums or singles. However, most of the songs are available on the full-length albums, with the exceptions of the remixes which were released on UK singles. 4ever Hilary Duff was also released because of the huge amount of Duff fans in Italy not getting as many of the normal releases of her albums pressed in the country. An exclusive DVD with the same title, was also released in Italy with the CD.
