440 West 42nd Street is 55-story skyscraper currently under-construction in New York City. Ground was broken in 2007 and topping out occurred in early August 2010. The building's height is 204 meters (668 feet). The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2011. 440 West 42nd Street will contain a hotel in the lower levels and residential space in the upper floors.
