The tower is 275 feet (84m) and has 20 floors. The building was originally finished in 1963 as an office tower but was recently redeveloped as premium condominium

The top floor of the building houses a 360 degree panoramic view of Oklahoma City and has housed numerous fine dining restaurants during the building's history. It was renamed its current name in 2005.
