schools playing in a multi-stage tournament to determine the regional champion of the Eastern Collegiate Roller Hockey Association (ECRHA)
. Team selections were announced at the conclusion of the 2004-2005 ECRHA Season. The tournament began on March 4, 2007 and concluded with the Championship games on March 6, 2007 at the Sportsplex in Feasterville, PA
