The 10th Support Group is the US Army senior operational headquarters on Okinawa providing command and control for all assigned US Army units and their families.

The 10th Support Group is the only Brigade-level logistics headquarters in the Pacific Rim, supporting OEF, OIF, POLMIL, multi and bi-lateral partnership engagements.

The 10th Support Group provides command control (C2) to seven operational battalions and nine company sized elements. This Headquarters is strategically postured to provide responsive logistics support throughout the Pacific, with elements on both mainland Japan and the Island of Okinawa.
