When the japan earthquake hit, earth's axis also changed. Most people assume that the earthquake caused the change in the axial tilt. Is it possible that the change in axial tilt, caused by influences outside the planet, caused the earthquake.

Is an accurate recording of the other planets axial tilt taken periodically and if so, does anyone know if they changed at all around the time of the earthquake.

Any other comments on this line of reasoning welcome.
