When I type in an E Mail address I press the shift key to input the @ sign and get the " sign instead. The numbers and symbols seem to have changed places. Can someone tell me what to do to sort out this problem. I am still learning how to use the keyboard.

Look under Control Panel and see if your keyboard settings are adjusted to the US.
