Nothing, they produce nothing but oil and trinkets why would they want to reduce it? they are not left wing nuts they live in the real world of reality not make believe

They are in fact using much of their profit from Oil to buy Real Estate and businesses around the world -
against the day when either oil runs dry, or the rest of us find cheaper alternatives.
They are also encouraging Tourism as an alternative ; eg Dubai
