WATER is the main one ; and it is fast depleting - we need to take care of it.
We in Europe are buying vegetables from Africa "out of season" grown to suit Our Market ; but these crops are grown in places where the local people do not have enough WATER to live! the Water is wasted for Our Tables and Greed.
GOLD might be a second ?
A mostly USELESS metal which costs a lot [in Lives as well as Effort and money] to extract from the ground, and it then costs a Lot to hide it underground again ! - in Bank vaults [agreed, SOME of it has useful appilcations ; but Rings and Necklaces I would not say are "useful"]
