Peter Paul Rubens

Were Rubens' works known in Austria in the early 19th century? I am particularly interested in knowing whether a composer such as Franz Schubert (1797-1828) would have known of or seen his any of his works. (I believe this would be well before the Kunsthistorisches Museum was opened)
