Swashbuckling still lives

I am so glad that Swashbuckling is still alive and well today . . . though it seems to be a dying genre! In an attempt to keep it alive, I have not only begun a site of swashbuckling proportions (called The Swashbuckling Press), but I have also written a novel based upon the suject as well (Adventures of Donaree the Musketeer). I know it's a futile attempt to regenerate the genre, but a hope nonetheless! Diving into that subject will NOT ONLY reveal piratical themes, but the genre dives further than than - Musketeers, Cavaliers, Robin Hood, Knights in Armor, sword-fighting, Errol Flynn, Douglas Fairbanks (both Sr and Jr), Rafael Sabatini, Alexandre Dumas, Robert Louis Stevenson, and on and on and on . . . . One could get lost in such a genre, but the experience is worth the whole while!

Anyone else still interested?
