On Wednesday, 2009 July 22, a Total Solar Eclipse will take place and is called as the longest total solar eclipse in the world within 141 years period from 1991 July 11 to 2132 June 13. A narrow corridor will traverses half of Earth for 3000 kilo-meter from East to West. The narrowest width from South to North is 226 kilo-meter while widest part is 251 kilo-meter.
