I can't controll my attraction towards sex . And i 'Masturbate many times. I think such things are against RSSB teaching but I cant controll. I try hard 2 contoll but at last somehow it happens 2 me . An I masturbate . I am 17 years old . I think this is causing harm to my body physically. Plese anybody give me suggestions how to controll this . Any ayurvedic or any other medicines in my reach ? I cant tell this to my parents . Me , by true heart , want to follow RSSB teachings . ;(
