Always try to feel the presence of babaji.i know there is need of some adjustment in offices,colleges but if you always act according to santmat ,then after sometime they start respecting you.

Maintaining official relationship should be according to official rules, there should not be any compromise, at any cost. I am also working in IT company, I agree there is some politics in office, its everywhere, but remember you dont need to be part of this, you always have a choice.

But again its all my personal opinion, if it doesn't look nice to anyone, please try to forgive this foolish person.
