Calibration curve

Please explain the possibility of obtaining a calibration curve using a spectophotometer method

First make standard and blank solution with precise concentration.then read absorbance of standards and blank solutions with spectrophtometer.according to beer-lamber law(A=Ebc) you can draw a plot with absorbance on y axes and concentration on x axes. with linear fitting this data by computer or calculator you earn calibration equation.
