Our van was towed about 60-70 miles on a flatbed truck. Attached to the back of the van was a bicycle rack and 2 bikes. When we arrived home at our destination- the rack and bikes were gone, obviously having fallen off. Is there possibility of compensation? Whose responsibility is this and how should it be handled?
