Jersey Wooly question... I have a young Jersey Wooly and am collecting his baby hair as he sheds it. I figure after collecting it for his entire life I will have enough to make something with it. Are Jersey Woolies Angora rabbits? I'm having trouble finding any info on their fiber. It's certainly soft and it seems to produce it's own heat in my hand, so it must be insulatory. I am hoping plucking is the way I should be harvesting it.
