I received a Vivatar ViviCam X027 for Christmas. When manual was downloaded, it was for a DVR32490v2, which is completely useless to me. The other #'s on camera are: E3253A01112586 M1D0050711. When on line with Tech, was told it would cost me $38.00 to talk to one. I just need new software or a manual on line to replace one Vivatar ent me in error. Don't feel I should have to pay for it.
