I purchased a 2004 fiat Panda emotion, 1.2 with 74,000k. It is in very good conditon except the radio and heater/airconditioner/and several related items do not go on. The windows work, it runs fine and all the lights and necessary things work. I checked all the fuses and they look good. Could it be a relay or something like that? The computer also flashes on and off rapidly and resists setting. I''m a bit afraid of the Fiat dealer here in Ussel, Correze, France and would like to have an idea of what could be wrong before I take it to them.
