I hereby also want to know about Karma philosophy. Their are many radha soami families in my circle who are the blind followers. I regularly saw many such type of incidents by them. In one family they regularly abuse their mother with bad words(Gaalee) have no time for her but mad for their guru. Another family who also do sewa in beas regularly for 10-15 days but have no time for their parents or social society even they don't go on the death of their niece husband. Another family who also taken namdaan have no any value of any relations. They are very selfish in relations even in business have no value of their sister in law's, even their own in law's. There are also many examples so I hereby just want to know that these are Karma or teachings ?

Well, following Sant Mat never advices to avoid one's reponsibility. But if someone was away and father passed away and he could not make it in time and someone else had to do dah sanskar - that is different.

But Guru's never tell to skip responsibility for sewa or satsang.
