I just bought a 72 vw bug i dont know what motor it has its a 1.5 lt. but the problem im having is that when i start it it will run for a second then die it has a new carb on it but the in line filter had blk stuff in it so i took it out but it not pumpin fuel out of the the carb jets so if any body can help me here.i goin to take fuel tank out and clean it. take carb apart and clean it too.but im not sure if i should check the fuel pump too so.
