I have a 1985 landrover 90 with a 3.5 Rover V8 (with twin SU's)that has just become gutless over the years.....
The more the engine comes under load the more gutless it becomes if that makes sence...
Where do I start to get it back to what I should expect. I'm not sure what to tackle first. I've checked all the vacume pipes and replaced a couple that looked dodgy but no real difference in performance.
I know she is getting on a bit with 130,000 on the clock but I would have thought the was still plenty of life in the old bird...

any suggestions
